Shipping Policy

Processing Time for Studio Items I hand-pack and ship all apothecary items, solid balms, and zines directly from my studio. Please allow [1-3] business days for me to process and pack your order before it is handed off to USPS.

Apparel & Made-to-Order Goods My apparel and certain printed items are manufactured to order through production partners. These items require [2-5] business days for production before they ship. Note: Because of this, your order may arrive in multiple packages. If you order a soap and a garment, they will ship separately.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Once your package is handed off to USPS or our production partners' carriers, standard domestic delivery typically takes [3-7] business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

International Shipping We currently do not ship outside of the US.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact me within [7] days of the expected delivery date so I can make it right.
